I am pleased to announce one of my first events under my new brand – the Thompson Rivers Mobile Film Festival! This festival will feature short films from up to 20 local* filmmakers. If you are interested in making a film but don’t have the fancy equipment to compete with established filmmakers, no problem! This festival will only be featuring short films (up to 10 minutes long) that are filmed on smartphones/mobile devices. We will have prizes for all participants as well as a larger prize for the most popular film(s)!
