If you’ve never made Chokecherry juice concentrate, syrup or jelly, this is the workshop for YOU!We will go out to forage enough berry to fill at least half a grocery bag per person, and then return to learn about it while we separate them from their stems and leaves. Then we will set about the preparation process.Prepare for 4 to 6 hours spent foraging, creating and learning!You’ll get to take some of each version of the prepared fruit home.Review full details of this year’s advanced foraging workshops, as well as information around dates, registrations, cancellations, etc.Register online before August 9th or send your $60 registration fee by e-transfer to bnhc@naturalhealthgodsway.ca
