Crime Stoppers Most Wanted

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of June 7, 2013. Katherine Julia McDowell (DOB 1984-10-01) is wanted for one count of breach of conditional sentence order.  McDowell is described as a 28-year old white female, 5’9” tall and 150 lbs. She has...
