Help guide upper Glenrosa’s future

WEST KELOWNA – A plan is underway for Upper Glenrosa and the District of West Kelowna is gathering community input that will help create a vision for the rural neighbourhood’s future.

Residents can go online at to view presentation materials from an open house held March 11, read about the Phase 1 — Upper Glenrosa Area Plan process and complete a short survey; or, copies of the presentation materials and the survey can be picked up at Municipal Hall at 2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna. Feedback must be received by March 31, 2015.

Community input will be used to develop a draft plan that will indicate how the community feels about the possibility of increased housing development, water and sewer services extensions and transportation improvements in Upper Glenrosa. Council will have the opportunity to review community feedback, view the draft plan and then direct staff on the next steps in the planning process.
