• 31.5 billion: Dollars in federal grants for housing in Kelowna.
• 90: Per cent of housing projects in Kelowna are attached units rather than detached homes.
• 27.6: Per cent increase in housing starts in Kelowna year-over-year.
• 90,000: Dollar spike in median home price in Central Okanagan between January and February.
• 2,254: Houses for sale in the Okanagan Valley in March.
• 278: House purchases in the Okanagan Valley in March.
• 37,000: Drop in median home prices in Penticton, South Okanagan in the last year.
• 60: Home purchases in Vernon, North Okanagan in March.
• 384: Houses were for sale in Vernon, North Okanagan in March.
