A mixed bag of weather this week in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS – Kamloops will be getting a classic mix of spring weather this week.

Today, April 17, is forecast to be a mix of everything, though mostly cloudy with a light breeze and a chance of showers according to Environment Canada. A high of 15 Celsius is predicted. This evening the temperature will fall to 6 C.

Tomorrow is predicted to be grey and cloudy with a chance of showers and high of 14 C. Temperatures will drop significantly in the evening to 2 C.

Wednesday things are expected to clear up a little with a mix of sun and cloud and high of 16 C. In the evening the temperature will fall to 7 C with cloudy periods.

On Thursday, the clouds will return with overcast skies and a high of 14 C.

Friday it’ll swing back the other way again, with a sunny day and high of 19 C expected.

Current predictions for the weekend show a mix of sun and cloudy with warm temperatures, around 19 C during the day and 7 C at night.

Normally at this time of year Kamloops can expect to reach highs of about 17 C and lows around 4 C.
